Review of Business Model Canvas
Very good moving to long term vision and strategy!
"I think that I have moved my previous discovery of my BMC with startup funding revenue streams to start to think about revenue streams for the operating company after successful startup."
Excellent two funding iterations
"Model C (hybrid funding consisting of grants and litigation) has been introduced as the current BMC for analysis to continue with."
Great help from classmates!!!
A good strategy for funding!
"I then leaned out the startup expenditures to consider STTR grants from NASA and the US Defense Department to allow for more expedient processes to work without court authorities involvement slowing down the process. Finally, I decided to include both options (Model C) to proceed with by considering how to finance the startup Business Model Canvas with grants to get R&D off the ground for production prototypes."
Congratulations!
Manuel

Review
"Well articulated. your have earned full credit for your project assignment. In the end, courage in business rests on priorities that serve a personal, an organizational, or a societal /environmental driven philosophy. When this philosophy is buttressed by clear, obtainable primary and secondary goals, an evaluation of their importance, a favorable power base, a careful assessment of risks versus benefits, appropriate timing, and well-developed contingency plans, managers are better empowered to make bold moves that serve their organizations, their careers, and their own sense of personal worth. I wish you very best for the future."
